PlasmaTec is the leader in the Ukrainian welding consumables market. We produce raw materials such as kaolin, iron powder, and cellulose in-house for our own production needs. They are of high quality, laboratory tested, and ready for shipping.
Since 2012 PlasmaTec companies group has been mining and enriching kaolin. We have our own quarry located in Rivne region of Ukraine. Nowadays we produce two main products: Kaolin P-2 and highly active Metakaolin.
Our company have a professional team to produce high quality metal powder. The main products are iron powder and ferromanganese powder.
PlasmaTec produces cellulose for its own welding electrode manufacturing. The properties of our cellulose allow us to produce reliable and high-quality welding electrodes.
We produce high quality vanadium oxide powder. Appearance: yellow-brown, pale orange powder.
In 2021 PlasmaTec companies group launched a modern plant for the production of metal powders. The capacity of the plant is more than 300 tons of metal powders per month. We produce iron powder using water atomisation. PlasmaTec have a professional team that can produce high quality metal powder. Our main products are iron powder and ferromanganese powder.

PlasmaTec companies produces cellulose for welding electrodes. Our cellulose allows us to produce high quality welding electrodes. Cellulose is a plasticizer in the coating of the welding electrode, as well as a gas-forming component in the welding process.

Ferromanganese powder can be used as a suspended phase in the processing industry and also added to welding electrode coating, and high manganese ferromanganese powder can be used to produce semiconductor pure manganese in the electrical industry.
Mica is a natural material, the most common type of which is muscovite. Mica began to be used in construction and cosmetology. Mica powder is used for the production of roofing materials, fire-resistant paints, thermal insulation of steam boilers and pipelines, steam and refrigeration machines, and also as a filler in plastics.
